About the Event
You can still be a part of the Dancing CEOs Gala night from the comfort of your own home or boardroom. We are looking for hosts to invite friends to their private party events and join in the fun of the evening.
As one of our Superstar Hosts you will have access to the live stream of the Dancing CEOs event at Brisbane City Hall. You will be able to participate in the excitement of the night, show support for your favourite CEO, buy tickets in the great raffle prizes, enjoy bidding on the silent auctions and celebrate the night together as your favourite Dancing CEOs take to the stage, to impress and wow us. All while raising valuable funds to break the cycle of domestic violence in our community.
As the host you decide the ticket price per person, depending on what you feel your friends can pay and depending on how much trouble you are going to for the meal and set up of the event (remember the more you charge the more you raise for your favourite CEO). Think of it like this - If you are preparing a full 3 course dinner and including great wine you may charge $100 or $150 or if you are having a more relaxed canapes style party or BBQ you can charge perhaps $40, it’s up to you and determined by the level of input you are contributing.
Whatever you decide, 85% of this ticket price is added to your favourite CEO's tally.
As the host, you provide the dinner or canapes at your home and your guests show up in their Gala cocktail dresses and suits, bring a bottle of wine to contribute and you all enjoy an evening of fun and entertainment enjoying the live stream from the City Hall stage.
To help you theme up your event My Giving Table will send you a little party box starter pack, with a few goodies for you to help make your event fun and fantastic.
You can share the images of your event on the My Giving Table app stream and Facebook page to be in for the best dressed party host prize. We even have a special lucky door prize for one of our My Giving Table guests or hosts.
Once you register, My Giving Table will set you up with your own unique landing page with a link for you to easily share with your friends. All they do is click on to RSVP and pay. It’s that easy.
